Refund Policy

At 120Beat, we want you to have the best experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for your song requests.
1. General Principle
When you make a song request through 120Beat, you are paying for the DJ to consider your song. Acceptance does not guarantee immediate playback, but rather a commitment from the DJ to include it in their set.
2. Automatic Refunds
The following situations generate an automatic refund without the need for you to request it:

3. Non-Refundable Cases
Once the DJ accepts your request, the payment is final and non-refundable in the following situations:

4. Evaluation Cases
We will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis in special situations, such as verified platform outages, DJ no-shows after payment, or proven technical billing errors.
5. Request Deadline
You must submit any refund request within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests received after this period will not be processed.
6. How to Request a Manual Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund beyond automatic cases:
- Contact support at administrador@grupo-cassar.com
- Include your order/transaction number
- Explain the situation in detail
- Attach supporting evidence (screenshots, videos, etc.)
- Wait for our team's response (2-3 business days)
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
7. Processing Time
Refund processing times vary depending on the situation:
- Automatic refunds: Initiated immediately by the system.
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days (depends on your financial institution).
- Manual refunds: 2-3 business days for evaluation + bank processing.
- In case of disputes: Up to 15 business days.
8. Refund Method
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) via our payment processor, Azul.
9. Transaction Fees
Unless the refund is due to a technical error on our part, transaction processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
10. Request Cancellation
Transaction is final.
The following situations generate an automatic refund without the need for you to request it:
- DJ rejects your request
- DJ ends session before accepting
11. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Reply to the support email with additional evidence.
- A senior team member will review your case within 5 business days.
- The final decision will be communicated by email.
12. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, public emergencies), 120Beat will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Fraud and Abuse
120Beat reserves the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts in cases of:
- Multiple fraudulent refund requests.
- Chargeback abuse (requesting refunds through your bank without contacting us).
- Use of stolen payment methods.
Suspected fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
14. Policy Modifications
120Beat may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
