Welcome to 120Beat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our live music request platform. By accessing and using 120Beat, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

120Beat is a digital platform that connects users with professional DJs at live events, allowing them to request specific songs through payment.

Guest Access: To guarantee your privacy and fluidity at events, 120Beat does not require registration or login for users making requests. You use the service as a guest and we do not store your personal profile or history.

3. Request Process

• You find and select an available DJ.
• You search for a song and are presented with the request price.
• You make the payment through our secure gateway (Azul).
• The DJ receives your request and may accept or reject it.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Azul. Detailed refund conditions are found in our Refund Policy. Generally, an automatic refund is issued if the DJ rejects your request.

5. User Conduct

By using 120Beat, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes or with stolen cards.
• Send offensive messages or harassment to DJs through song requests.
• Violate any applicable local laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

120Beat acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not responsible for the DJ's performance, the quality of the audio at the venue, or the event organization.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Santo Domingo, National District.
